We are looking for a RevOps Product Manager to work directly with the Head of Playbooks to help scope, plan, build and enable to use to playbooks for our delivery team.

RevOps Product Manager

You bring an understanding of Sales, Marketing and Customer Success operations and a proven track record in translating business needs into scalable and impactful enablement. You will be responsible for building various programs including playbooks, team enablement training sessions, on-demand learning, and communications aimed at enhancing our delivery team’s effectiveness. Everything you do focuses on driving scalability, repeatability, and empowering our RevOps Strategists and Technologists with the right knowledge, skills, and confidence to meet their goals.

What are some of the high impact opportunities you'll tackle?

  • Create and execute various playbooks, plans, and training initiatives for strategists and technologists in areas relating to Marketing, Sales or Customer Success Operations 
  • Lead regular recurring team enablement meetings, new team member onboarding sessions and team training sessions
  • Collaborate and communicate with sales, partner and delivery teams to plan how to solve the most impactful challenges our clients are facing.
  • Lead and manage 1-2 client engagements delivering RevPartners-level service to help solve clients CRM needs
  • Document processes, define standard operating procedures, and help team implement them within the scope of a client’s organization
  • Conduct research to identify best practices and unique approaches for solving complex scenarios 
  • Define and manage the key performance indicators (KPI's) for Playbook Delivery

This opportunity is for you if you have/are:

Experience (ORs)

  • Minimum of 3 years in relevant revenue operations role at a high-growth company
  • Admin-level proficiency in Hubspot, or other CRM
  • Proven record of working cross functionally across departments and teams
  • Strong ability to visualize concepts, as well as summarize and communicate complex ideas into the curriculum with a sense of how Sales and CS professionals think, operate, and absorb training
  • Ability to connect the dots organizationally, network effortlessly, and influences various roles, levels, and profiles to drive collaboration and program excellence
  • Has an entrepreneurial spirit and likes the challenge of building new and innovative things
  • Proven client management experience preferred
