People Operations Specialist
We are looking for someone who brings organization, enthusiasm, empathy and common sense to our People Operations team. Must be obsessed with culture, values and the employee experience while on a never ending mission to create the best workplace possible!
What are some of the high impact opportunities you'll tackle?
- Organize: Maintaining our HRIS by processing new employees and existing employee changes including document creation, notifications and HR system updates. Ensure compliance with all state and federal labor laws and regulations.
- Improve: Identify opportunities for automation in our People Ops processes. Help to create and maintain guides and playbooks relating to People Operations. Assist with benefits administration, creating leaves of absence policies, etc.
- Build: Fuel our growth by helping with the recruiting process by Managing job postings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews.
- Empower: Set up new hires for success by coordinating all things related to onboarding, training and performance reviews.
- Teamwork: Remain flexible as the company and this role evolve over time and support the People Ops team on their mission to have the happiest employees in the world!
- Fun: Make people happy by helping to plan engagement activities.

- Experience (ORs)
- Experience: 1-3 years in a People Operations/HR team with a focus on both operations and recruiting
- Knowledge: An understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Attitude: A positive attitude and a passion to learn. You understand that everything you do will impact our people. Know that no task is too big or too small and keep cool under pressure
- Culture: An obsession with adding value, moving fast and getting things done, while maintaining attention to detail
- Discretion: you know how to maintain confidentiality but also recognize what needs to be escalated.
