Each live session builds directly on the last. By session 6, you'll have all the pieces of a functioning Allbound operation — not just a framework on a slide.

    Building a scalable signal-based pipeline generation engine.

    A full orientation to the Allbound methodology - what it is, why most GTM strategies fail without it, and how a signal-based pipeline engine works in practice. We also select the company we'll build the live example around for the rest of the course.

    Layer 1: Sourcing

    How to define which signals will actually drive pipeline.

    Not all signals are equal. Learn how to identify 1st and 3rd party signals that indicate real buying intent, build your TAM list in Clay using Apollo, LinkedIn, and Crunchbase, and filter out the noise before it reaches your reps.

    Layer 2: Segmentation

    The datapoints you need to send the right message, to the right person, at the right time.

    Define your ICP segments, map your buyer personas, and enrich every account and contact with the firmographic and behavioral data that powers personalization at scale. We'll build the full ICP segmentation and contact enrichment tables live.

    Layer 3: Scoring

    Use the data to build tiers that will determine action.

    Turn enriched data into a scoring model. Build Contact Fit, Contact Intent, and Company Intent scores, set your tier thresholds (T1, T2, T3), assign SLAs and owners, and connect the scoring logic to HubSpot so it fires in real time.

    Layer 4: Activation

    It's go time — create action paths for each tier.

    Build the outreach motions that each tier triggers: SDR-led sequences for Tier 1, automated email and LinkedIn flows for Tier 2, and paid retargeting and nurture for Tier 3. Final deliverable submitted. Certificates issued.

One real company. Built live in front of the room.

In session 1, we'll select one participant company to serve as the working example for the entire course. Every framework, every template, every Clay table gets built around their actual TAM, signals, and ICP — not a hypothetical.

  • Has a defined product or service with an identifiable buyer

  • Has at least one sales or RevOps stakeholder attending the course

  • Has HubSpot & Clay in place or is willing to set it up during the sprint

  • Is ready to share honest context about their current GTM gaps
